December 2011. I used snapfish for about 5 years. They had good features and the site was easy to navigate. However in the the last 6 months things have been re-designed and it is confusing and now slow to download photos. THEY LOST ALL MY OLD PHOTO ALBUMS from the last 5 years. Tech support is worthless. Also received notice that they are overloaded with photo orders and can't get orders out for 2 weeks. This was on 12/12/11 so folks would miss out on their Christmas pictures. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. In summary, I would not recommend Snapfish to a friend.
