I ordered my Christmas Pictures to pick up at WalMart on 12.14.15. They were to be delivered on 12.21.15. Walmart.com confirmed the shipping and delivery to store. Store could not find them. I stood for two hours while they looked, called, looked, called. I knew if I left they would just go to the other angry customers waiting behind me. Finally the manager came. Said they would refund my money and I would have to reorder but they would give me a $20 gift card for my inconvenience. Took another one-half hour for a supervisor to come who could get me the gift card. I went online to check my order when I got home. After checking, they did not return my money, they charged me again for the same order I did not get. I am really trying to keep the Christmas Spirit...but...I want to scream at someone. DO NOT USE WALMART FOR PHOTOS!!!!!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Walmart Photo to a friend.

I need pictures for a party that is taking place on February 13th. I ordered some pictures I need for display back on January 20th. I chose to have them shipped to me because I got more print choices and I like Matte prints better. It gave me an estimated arrival day of February 16th. I kind of brushed that off because I figured, how could 8 pictures take that long to print and get to me? It has said shipped for 10 days now. I have emailed a couple times trying to figure out where the pictures were and if there was any chance they would arrive a bit early. Once I got a lame response like, check your expected to arrive date another time I didn't get a response at all. So mad I didn't just order them from a better more professional company. For the same price I could have had better quality pictures and had them shipped quicker.

In summary, I would not recommend Walmart Photo to a friend.

I ordered a customized calendar in middle of December.... I am still waiting for the product!!

First I was told my file was closed. Then I was told they shipped my calendar to the WRONG store. When I requested my order be re-opened... I received RUDE service FULL of attitude -- like everything was my fault.

They directed me to call a 1-855 # (which I did)... they requested I call back in 2 days... Now I am trying to call back and that number is not in service!! Called the local WalMart photo lab and received the same nasty rude attitude (formerly known as customer service) from the same lady at the WalMart Photo Department!!!!!

I am disgusted with this service -- I will never ORDER again ONLINE

Here is the review:

1. They lose your order;

2. They are impossible to reach;

3. Wait times for telephone inquiries are a minimum of 15 minutes EVERY time you call;

4. Rude unprofessional attitudes from their employees!

In summary, I would not recommend Walmart Photo to a friend.

Created Anniversary cards that I was very excited about. It was going to take two weeks for my order to arrive at the store, but I was willing to wait. After a month, I still had no photos. After multiple communication, I was informed that my photos had been lost and nothing could be done; here's a refund. HORRIBLE costumer service and they lose things!
Ordered the same thing from Walgreens, and the order was completed THAT DAY. Cheaper price.

NEVER choose walmart.

In summary, I would not recommend Walmart Photo to a friend.

I ordered my prints online to have them delivered to my house. They lost my pictures during the delivery!!!! Haven't found them yet.
